  • There is a significant delay in the start of the service (more than 15 business days) after the payment has been made.
2. Refund Request Process

  • Provide your order number, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant supporting documentation or evidence.
3. Refund Approval

Upon receiving your refund request, our team will:

  • Review the details of your request.
  • Contact you within 7 business days to discuss the issue and gather any additional information if necessary.
  • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request within 14 business days.
4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:

  • Only a portion of the service has been completed.
  • There is a mutually agreed-upon resolution for a partial refund.
6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after the service has commenced.
  • Dissatisfaction with the service due to reasons not related to the agreed-upon specifications.
  • Delays caused by the client’s unavailability or lack of communication.
7. Disputes
